What You’ll Do

As a Consultant Dietitian at Dietary Difference, your responsibilities will include:

• Comprehensive nutrition assessments for new and current residents
• Monitoring resident weight status and implementing nutrition interventions
• Collaborating with the nursing team to ensure seamless care and evaluate nutrition interventions
• Documenting all aspects of patient nutrition services in the medical record
• Conducting monthly kitchen sanitation audits to ensure food safety
• Supporting the dietary department and offering guidance on menu planning and nutrition-related issues
• Educating residents and families on nutrition and wellness
• Participating in care conferences and team meetings to discuss resident care
